1. High-School / Equivalent examination certificate and marks-sheet in original.

2. Marks-sheet of Intermediate/ sr. Secondary Examination of 10+2 or equivalent.

3. Domicile certificate from D.M. / Competent Authority.

4. Nationality Certificate NRI candidate.

5. C.P.M.T. Marks-sheet and admit card and allotment card, If appicable.

6. Transfer certificate in original from the college last attended.

7. Migration certfiacte in original is needed from those who have passed Sr. secondary Examination (C.B.S.E. & I.C.S.E.) or enrolled for Degree Course.

8. Candidate of SC/ST/OBC category ffrom District Magistrate / Competent authority.

9. Character Certificate from the Principal of the School / College last attended.

10. Twelve copies of passport size latest photograph.

11. Certificate from Medial Officer of having been administered prophylactic injection of Hepatitis B vaccine. Those who go unvaccinated shall be vaccinated on admission.

12. An undertaking (format attached) is to be signed by the student before notary on stamp paper and another undertaking (format attached) is to be furnished by the parent and local guardian.

13. An affidavit on non judical stamp paper of Rs. 100/- and duly signed by notary is needed to the effect. I am not pursing any course after selection through C.P.M.T. 2000.... In case, it is otherwise my candidature will be cancelled.

14. Any fault or lapse on my part in respect of any of the above documemts will render me liable for the summary rejection of my candidature and the seat falling so vacant shall be offered to the next candidate on merit.

15. Any discrepancy or tampering with record at the time of admision or later will lead to expulsion from the college with no refund of the fees. The college if so desires, may take lagal action in the matter.

16. Hostel will be compulsory due to security reasons for all those students whose parents are not residing presently in Moradabd.
